Customers can order selected X Rocker items through our website. These products are dispatched directly from X Rocker’s warehouse. Please note that we are not connected to their warehouse operations or courier service.
All customers must be directed to X rocker directly if any product issues.

Dropshipping orders will only accept full authorization from a card.
Drop shipping orders will have a "DS" as postfix to the order reference number (e.g., "UK126544335DS").
A post-order creation message will be sent to the XRocker API, not on SAP

FullAuth will be taken for Dropshipping orders and Full capture when its dispatched.

If CS need to offer redress it can ONLY be REFUND. But all customers should be directed to X Rocker first. customerservice@xrocker.com
Customers should not return to stores. But Stores will be told to contact us to issue refund, and stores will dispose.
